Robin Morash

I am thrilled to join the Canada Africa Community Health Alliance (CACHA) medical mission in Uganda this coming March. It has always been a dream of mine to work in medical missions, and now, as a retired registered nurse, I have the opportunity to be part of an incredible group of volunteers providing additional medical assistance to the Kamengo community in southern Uganda. The existing medical services in this area currently care for over 3,000 people from more than 35 villages in the surrounding region.
As a volunteer-based, non-governmental organization, CACHA relies on the generosity of others. Any financial support received directly funds the mission on the ground in Uganda, covering essential volunteer living expenses, critical supplies, and medicines that would otherwise be unavailable. Every contribution helps our team work alongside local healthcare providers to deliver primary care to individuals who might otherwise go without.
Please consider supporting our mission by donating to CACHA. All donations are eligible for tax receipts.
Uganda faces significant challenges in accessing quality medical care, especially in rural areas where resources, facilities, and trained healthcare professionals are limited. By supporting our mission, you will help us bring primary health care, dental care, eye care, health education, and essential supplies directly to those in need.
On behalf of our team, thank you so much for your support!

The individuals on these pages are raising funds in support of CACHA’s mission. The funds are given to CACHA to defray the costs of participation in, and supplies for, the mission, and not for the personal benefit of any participant. CACHA retains control over the use of all donated funds. Once the needs for the program have been met, or cannot be completed for any reason, any remaining contributions will be used where needed most.
