Sura Hadad

I have been going to the island of Ukerewe in Tanzania with a team of volunteers since 2019. I am so very happy to be returning this fall of 2024 for my 4th time.
When we are there, we work closely together as a team of Canadian and Tanzanian nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, physicians, surgeons, and logisticians to provide the local people with an array of free health care services. I was the first and only dentist that ever went on this mission. With the team we provide:
·        primary health care
·       eye exam and reading glasses
·      HIV, malaria and syphilis testing
·      dental extractions
·       surgeries
·       medications
With your help, we can all make a difference together. Any amount, big or small, will help those that need it most.
